Return and Exchange Policy
Return and Exchange Conditions
We are committed to providing high-quality products to meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
1. Return Eligibility:
• Time Frame: You must request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Original Condition: The item must be returned in its original factory condition (unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with tags in the original packaging). We will not accept returns if the wig has been used or the lace has been cut.
• Items Not Eligible for Return: Hair care and styling products, accessories, liquids and special order items are not eligible for return.
2. Return Process:
• Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact us at ucharminghairfactory @gmail .com
Contact us to obtain a return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• Return Shipping: Our warehouse will send you a free return label, so you don't have to pay for return shipping.
• Partial Refunds: Unless the return is due to our error, the customer will be responsible for partial product costs and will not receive a full refund.
3. Refunds:
• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 3-5 business days to be credited.
• Restocking Fee: For items returned for reasons other than our error, a restocking fee of up to 10% may apply.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are not refundable as they have already been paid to the shipping company.
4. Exchanges:

Contact us to discuss exchange options and availability. Exchange conditions are the same as returns.
5. Customized wigs are not returnable or exchangeable
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
• The lace front is cut or damaged.
• The original packaging or product has been altered.
• The item has been worn or sprayed with any hair products.
• The item is damaged and has been altered from its original condition.
• Sale items and clearance items.
Cancellation of Order
You can cancel your order if the cancellation request is made in time. Once the package has been shipped or the customization process has begun, the order cannot be cancelled. A 5% handling fee will be charged for cancellation of the order.
