Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your new hair. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions below.

1. Return Eligibility

• Time Frame  
You must request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Original Condition  
Items must be returned in their original factory condition: unaltered, unworn, undamaged, and with all tags and packaging intact.  
We cannot accept returns if the wig has been worn, styled, washed, sprayed with products, or if the lace has been cut or damaged.

• Items Not Eligible for Return  
– Hair care and styling products, accessories and liquids  
– Custom-made wigs and special-order items  
– Sale and clearance items

2. How to Request a Return

• Contact Us First  
Before sending anything back, please contact us to obtain return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

• Return Shipping  
Our warehouse will send you a prepaid return label if your return is approved, so you do not need to pay for return shipping.  
(If return shipping is not free in some cases, please contact us for details before sending your item back.)

3. Refunds

• Processing Time  
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.  
The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the credit.

• Restocking Fee  
For returns that are not due to our error (for example, change of mind, wrong length or texture ordered), a restocking fee of up to 10% may be deducted from your refund.

• Shipping Costs  
Original shipping fees are non-refundable because they have been paid to the shipping carrier.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different length, texture or product, please contact us by WhatsApp or email first.  
Exchange items must meet the same conditions as returns (original, unused condition). We will help you check stock availability and provide the next steps.

5. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

• Lace has been cut or damaged  
• The original packaging or product has been altered  
• The item has been worn, washed, dyed, bleached or sprayed with any hair products  
• The item has been damaged or changed from its original condition  
• Custom-made wigs  
• Sale and clearance items

6. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation if your order has not yet been shipped or entered the customization process.  
Once the package has been shipped or the customization has started, the order cannot be cancelled.  
A 5% handling fee may be charged for approved order cancellations.
