Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

We are committed to processing your order as quickly as possible. All in-stock items are typically shipped within 48 hours.

Our working hours are Monday to Saturday (GMT+8). We are closed on Sundays and Chinese public holidays.  
Orders placed on Sundays or during Chinese holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

Shipping Methods

We use FedEx and DHL as our primary logistics partners to ensure your order is delivered safely and efficiently.

Our main warehouse is located in Guangzhou, China. With daily flights to major cities around the world, most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after shipment. Actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, weather and other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and the weight/volume of your order.  
• Exact shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.  
You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website (FedEx or DHL) or through the tracking link in our email.

If any issues occur during transit (such as delays, address problems or customs clearance), we will contact you by email or phone as soon as possible.

Important Information

1. Working Hours  
We do not process or ship orders on Sundays and Chinese public holidays. Please consider this when placing your order.

2. Shipping Address  
Please make sure that your shipping address and phone number are complete and accurate.  
If your address or phone number is incomplete or incorrect, we will attempt to contact you. If we are unable to reach you, the order may be placed on hold for up to 5 business days. After that, the order may be cancelled and refunded.

3. Processing vs. Shipping Time  
Order processing time (usually within 24–48 hours) is separate from shipping time.  
Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been issued, the shipping time (3–7 business days for most destinations) begins.
